Azose Commercial Properties, Inc. is a Puget Sound Company with deep roots in the Pacific Northwest.
Local and family-owned
We’re a family owned business with 3 generations of ownership. Born and raised in the Seattle/Bellevue area, we have unmatched knowledge and love of this region.
We have grown up in the commercial real estate industry and we also understand the unique nuances of families as it relates to the ownership and management of commercial real estate.
Established in 1965
Azose Commercial Properties, Inc. has been working with the local Puget Sound Real Estate community since 1965.
The company was created by Morris Piha, a well-known and respected professional, who worked primarily with local families and individuals representing properties from Bellingham to Olympia.
Morrie provided property management services as part of his services to his clients. David Azose became partners with Morrie in 1977 and together they continued to grow the company to one of the largest Puget Sound Commercial Property management and brokerage firms.
Looking to the FUture
After Morrie’s passing in 2013, the firm changed the name from Morris Piha Real Estate Services to Azose Commercial Properties, Inc. to reflect the current ownership of the company.
Azose Commercial Properties, Inc. continues the fine traditions, attention to detail, honesty and putting clients first which has helped their reputation in the commercial real estate industry in the Puget Sound region.
