Michael Azose – President & COO

Michael Azose is President and COO of Azose Commercial Properties, Inc.  Since joining the company in 2003 he has been involved in several aspects of commercial real estate including leasing, sales, and consulting for  office, industrial and retail properties throughout the state of Washington.  Michael has also been actively involved in the day to day management of Azose Commercial Properties.   

Michael has completed over 150 lease and sale transactions totaling over $100,000,000 and 1,000,000 square feet in the representation of several Landlords, Tenants, Corporations and independent buyers  and family partnerships in the Washington area. 

Michael has worked on everything from large industrial parks, commercial office spaces, syndications, development sites and retail stores.  He has developed a diverse client list with strong and long lasting relationships and he always brings professionalism, honesty and integrity to every deal he is involved in.

Michael was born and raised in the Seattle area and is a second generation in the real estate business.  He attended University of Washington with a focus in communications.

Michael is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA), Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors (WSCAR) , National Association of Realtors, National Association of Industrial and Office Planning (NAIOP), Developing Leaders and is a CCIM candidate.  He serves on the board of the Boys and Girls Club of Mercer Island.

In his spare time, Michael enjoys spending time with his family as well as playing golf, cycling, running, and skiing.
