KAREN STEPHENS - Property Manager

Karen Stephens joined Azose Commercial Properties in 2005 after 16 years of property management & leasing experience.  Prior to joining Azose Commercial, Karen worked in the Seattle markets with Westlake Associates, and many years with Leavitt Shay/Leavitt Capital managing their property portfolios. 

Karen uses her people skills, organizational and problem solving abilities to provide Landlords and tenants with skilled representation.  In addition, she is responsible for   developing strategies, managing tenant/landlord relations, negotiating renewals & leasing, maximizing the financial performance of each commercial property and the financial reporting to each of her clients.
