Accounting professional with over 25 years of experience in all areas of property management accounting functions.

Prior to her employment at Azose, Mrs. Nikolayev worked as Controller Assistant for a large multi-state property management company. Her prior experiences also include working as an accounting manager for full Service Property Management Co. overseeing accounting practices and being responsible for a large portfolio of the clients.

Mrs. Nikolayev holds Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Finance.

She joined ACP in Spring of 2019 and currently manages portfolio of 20+ commercial properties.

In her spare time, Helen enjoys cooking, traveling, and outdoor activities.
