KIM BJORKLUND - Lease Administrator

Kim has been involved in the commercial real estate industry for over 15 years. As the Lease Administrator, she is responsible for managing all of the leases and amendments that come through the office.  She helps tenants with questions that may arise with their leases and assists the property managers with budgets and common area reconciliations. She is also responsible for managing the Company’s online maintenance request system.

A graduate of the University of Washington, Kim brings with her a strong background in customer service. She applies her professionalism and skills in communication, problem solving, multi-tasking and research to the benefit of our clients.

As a native of Washington, Kim enjoys spending time out of doors camping and hiking.  She also loves baking and crafting Halloween decorations.
