Patti Miller – President of Property Management & CFO

Patti has been with Azose Commercial Properties for over twenty years. Prior to her employment at Azose Commercial, she was a senior auditor specializing in real estate and banking at Ernst & Young, an international accounting firm.

Patti is currently the head of the management division at Azose Commercial. Patti’s financial and supervisory background allows her to provide good oversight to the property management department. She has experience in preparing property budgets, common area reconciliations, providing asset management services, preparing project proformas, construction accounting, coordinating project financing and cash flow analysis. Her responsibilities are to ensure that the property managers are providing excellent service to owners and tenants, the properties are maintained, and the terms of the management contracts are being adhered to.

Patti graduated with honors with a BA in Business Administration/Accounting. She has a real estate broker’s license and an inactive CPA license and is currently working on her CCIM designation. She has been a board member of the Site Council Committee for Issaquah School District for the past 6 years.
