ROB BENSUSSEN - Property Manager

Rob Bensussen has been a property manager with Azose Commercial Properties for 23 years . During his tenure at ACP, Rob has managed a variety of office, retail and industrial properties.

In addition to his expertise in handling general property maintenance issues, Rob has supervised several tenant improvement and capital improvement projects, including major fire and life safety and elevator upgrades for the Forbes and Security Transfer Buildings in Pioneer Square.  Over the years he has built and maintained strong relationships with many vendors and contractors and has worked with City personnel and community Real Estate Services with regard to community revitalization programs.

In his many years has a property manager, Rob has also gained extensive experience in lease and lease renewal negotiations, property marketing and creating budgets to fit owner goals and objectives and improve the property.

A graduate of the University of Washington, Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting.  He has completed a Certificate Course in Commercial Real Estate through the University of Washington Extension Program and received his Real Estate Salesperson license in 1984.  Rob has earned his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.  He has also served as a board member and on several committees for the Institute of Real Estate Management’s local Chapter 27.
