KEVIN SCHAPS - Property Manager

Kevin graduated from Seattle University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science.

He joined Azose Commercial Properties, Inc. in 2016.  Kevin’s previous 7 years as being an operations manager for Emerald Services allowed him to transition easily into property management. Kevin’s expertise is coordinating complex maintenance and tenant

improvement projects. One substatial project he worked on for ACP was managing a $1.3 million renovation for an historical building we manage in downtown Redmond.

Kevin has several years of budgeting and forecasting experience. He is currently managing a mixed portfolio of office, industrial and retail.
