Erin Perry is a seasoned property manager.  She currently serves as a Commercial Property Manager at Azose Commercial Properties, Inc., where she oversees new account onboarding, capital projects,  budget preparation, common area maintenance reconciliations, and lease renewals.

Erin brings over a decade of experience in real estate operations, having held leadership roles at Columbia Hospitality and Real Estate Transition Solutions. Her background includes managing large-scale residential properties, coordinating construction and warranty projects, and leading cross-functional teams. She is known for her strategic approach to operational efficiency, her ability to foster strong vendor and stakeholder relationships, and her commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Erin holds a degree from Washington State University and is proficient in Salesforce administration, budget planning, and team development.
